I just handed in my letter of resignation. Strange feeling that, never had to do it before. My last day at GW is Friday 30th of November.

Had an interview this morning for the new Emergency Management Officer position at Porirua City Council. It went better than my last interview, and there was only one other person being interviewed for the position (they're also interviewing for the Manager today too), so finger and toes and anything else crossable crossed. Just had my interview. I'm not sure how well it went. I think I rambled... Find out by Wednesday at the latest.

I'd gotten halfway through cleaning the bedroom previously, including removing the mould from a couple of the walls. Finally got around to finishing off the room on Sunday. Ooh, and I have a job interview to study for (7 March - this is taking forever! I had my application in on 7 December 06). The CDEM group plan is such rivetting reading material.

I have come to the conclusion that JB doesn't like me for some reason. I have a job interview coming up for the EMO position - yay! But not until after CF, as Rian is going on holiday until the end of Jan, and then I'm on holiday until the 6th. Patience isn't exactly one of my virtues... argh.

I received a real live posted-in-letterbox piece of spam yesterday - all the way from Spain. Apparently I had won 920,000 euros, yeah right. Craig kept the stamp, and I binned the rest.

Put up our little tinsel tree on Sunday. Didn't quite have enough decorations for it, but I strung some popcorn and now it looks much better.

I think I need to find a new job, my motivation for this one is waning to the point that even my supervisor has noticed - mostly because the boxes of publications to be dealt with are piling higher and higher...
